Windows Media Player is required to use multimedia content on our site. If you have trouble playing one of our video or audio files, you may need to download and install the latest version of the free Windows Media Player software.
If you continue to have problems, Windows Media Player by default uses an Internet standard called the Microsoft Media Server (MMS) protocol to transmit content. There are a number of things that will cause MMS to fail, including corporate firewalls and an implementation of TCP/IP called Network Address Translation. Fortunately, Windows Media Player can be configured to use HTTP (the protocol that displays standard Web pages) to stream content. If you're having trouble trying to access multimedia features from within a company, you may want to contact your company's firewall or network administrator for assistance or clarification.return to site help
