How long before you're active again?

TRANSCRIPT

If you choose surgical reconstruction as an option for your ACL injury, it usually takes about six to nine months to return to an aggressive level of activity that would involve jumping, cutting and pivoting. If you choose nonoperative treatment, we try and progress you as fast as possible. Usually within one to three months a person can do a fairly high level of activity.
