Dr. Robin G. Molella, a Sharon, Conn., native, is a consultant in the Division of Preventive, Occupational and Aerospace Medicine at Mayo Clinic, and serves as the medical consultant for the Olmsted County Public Health Department.

Dr. Molella, in addition to her role with our Working Life Center, is a key contributor to the health management programs and health promotion campaigns.

She is board certified in internal medicine and preventive and occupational medicine, was a captain in the U.S. Army from 1990 to 1994, and joined the Mayo Clinic staff in 1999. She also has a master's degree in public health from the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Molella's research interests include using the Internet as a tool for health promotion, special population health, improving health by improving health care delivery systems, and the impact of community social structure on health care.
