Causes
By Mayo Clinic staffA breast lump could develop as a result of:
- Breast cancer
- Breast cysts
- Fibroadenoma
- Fibrocystic breasts
- Hamartoma
- Injury or trauma to the breast
- Intraductal papilloma
- Lipoma
- Mastitis
- Milk cyst (galactocele)
