Side Effects

Along with its needed effects, a medicine may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.

Check with your doctor or nurse immediately if any of the following side effects occur:

More common
  • Blurred vision
  • Change in vision
  • Decreased vision
  • Loss of vision
Less common
  • Pain in the eye
  • Redness of the white part of the eye or inside of the eyelid
  • Sensitivity of the eye to light
  • Tearing of the eye
  • Throbbing eye pain
Rare
  • Pooling of a whitish fluid visible on the colored part of the eye

Other side effects not listed may also occur in some patients. If you notice any other effects, check with your healthcare professional.
