Description

Aripiprazole is used to treat nervous, emotional, and mental conditions (e.g., schizophrenia). It may be used alone or together with other medicines (e.g., lithium or valproate) for the acute or maintenance treatment of bipolar I disorder (manic-depressive illness). Additionally, it may be used together with other medicines for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults. It is also used to treat irritability in children 6 to 17 years of age with autistic disorder.

This medicine is available only with your doctor's prescription.

  • Tablet, Disintegrating
  • Solution
