Stuffy nose? Try saline spray

Over-the-counter saline nasal sprays can help relieve stuffiness and congestion. Better yet, they won't lead to the rebound congestion that sometimes follows the use of nasal decongestants. Look for over-the-counter saline nasal sprays in any pharmacy.
