Serves 4

Ingredients

    1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
    1 teaspoon grated lemon or lime zest
    1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth
    1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 teaspoons cornstarch

Directions

In a microwavable bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Whisk to mix evenly. Microwave on high until clear and thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
