Dietitian's tip: This fruited honey spread is fat-free and has 60 calories a serving. Try it as a topping for pancakes or French toast or serve it over roasted chicken or pork. If you prefer, use pears, apricots, plums or nectarines instead of peaches.

Serves 6

Ingredients

    • 1 can (15 ounces) unsweetened peach halves, drained
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

In a large bowl, add the peaches, honey and cinnamon. Using a fork, mash until the mixture is a consistency of chunky applesauce. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
