  • Healthy carb = whole fruits & vegetables, at least 50% whole grains and no more than 1 tsp of sugar per serving
  • Low sodium = no more than 140 mg of sodium per serving
  • Low fat = no more than 3 g of fat per serving

Ingredients

    3 ripe mangos, pitted and cubed
    Juice of 1 lime
    1 teaspoon minced red onion
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
    Half of 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Toss just before serving.
