Symptoms

- Shortness of breath, especially during exercise or exertion
- Chest pain, especially during exercise or exertion
- Fainting, especially during exercise or exertion
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Heart palpitations — the sensation of rapid, fluttering or pounding heartbeats
