单核细胞增多症会复发吗?我以前认为,患过单核细胞增多症之后,就不会再患。
单核细胞增多症又称腺热,大多数患者只会患病一次。该病通常在引起发热和疲劳等症状后 2 至 4 周内消失。
单核细胞增多症是由病毒感染所致。大多数单核细胞增多症是由 EB 病毒(EBV)引起。感染此病毒后,会终生携带。
有些研究表明,在从与 EBV 有关的单核细胞增多症中恢复后,有可能再次患上单核细胞增多症。如果的确可能复发,又有多大概率发生在其他方面健康的成年人身上?这需要更多的研究。但总体而言,很少发生这种情况。大多数人永远不会再出现由 EBV 引起的单核细胞增多症。
因 EBV 患单核细胞增多症并恢复后,您可能因其他来源而再次出现单核细胞增多症。这不是复发,而是一种新的感染。并非 EBV 的单核细胞增多症致病原因包括:
- 巨细胞病毒。
- 弓形虫病。
- HIV。
- 风疹。
- 甲肝、乙肝或丙肝。
- 腺病毒。
如果您之前曾患单核细胞增多症并且认为自己再次出现其症状,请咨询医务人员。单核细胞增多症的症状可能包括:
- 极度疲劳。
- 头痛和身体疼痛。
- 发热。
- 咽喉疼痛。
- 颈部和腋下淋巴结肿大。
- 皮疹。
其他疾病也可能引起这些症状。请就医以进行确诊。
如果确实患上单核细胞增多症,医务人员可能建议避免运动。这是因为在感染单核细胞增多症期间脾脏可能肿大。在运动过程中,胃的压力可能损害肿大的脾脏。
在接触性运动过程中可能发生这种情况。这可能发生在胃压在某个物体上的运动中,如体操中的高低杠。也可能发生在使用胃部肌肉时,如举重。
