Erdafitinib is used to treat urothelial carcinoma (bladder cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. It is used in patients who have an abnormal “FGFR” gene in their cancer and who have tried at least one other chemotherapy medicine that did not work well. Your doctor will test for the presence of this gene.
This medicine is available only with your doctor's prescription.
