My job includes evaluating patients with advanced chronic kidney disease to see whether they will be candidates for a kidney transplant or not. And the other half of my job is to take care of them after they receive kidney transplant. I think that taking care of them and seeing them do well without dialysis is truly a rewarding experience. Since I started working here, I'm very impressed with Mayo Clinic. I feel like everyone makes sure that we provide the best possible patient care and the staff, and the system is very effective.
