Players' health is our top priority. Our GEM team is dedicated to promoting the health of esports players while establishing best practices for the gaming and esports industry.

Esports services for your needs today

  • Performance improvement
  • Setup and equipment optimization
  • Prevention of injuries
  • Injury treatment and rehabilitation

Consultations in GEM primarily take place with our PM&R physicians, and may include additional consultations with others, such as Physical and Occupational Therapy, Hand Surgery, Psychology, or Nutrition and Lifestyle Counseling.

Virtual care can include consultations and follow-ups remotely using video enabled technology. Other opportunities can include remote analysis of vital signs, posture and gaming setup during gameplay, and sleep quality.

A triage questionnaire will provide us key information to prepare for your visit before you consult with our GEM team, either in person at our Rochester, MN campus or via a virtual visit, as appropriate.
