Hospice

Mayo Clinic Hospice is the only program in the area locally affiliated with a Palliative Care Program that has outpatient and inpatient services. This means you have access to necessary care, including symptom management, when you need it. This Palliative Care Program also has an accredited fellowship training program (accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education) and conducts research to constantly improve care.

To ensure the highest quality of care possible, medical directors and doctors in Mayo Clinic Hospice are board certified in hospice and palliative care, and the hospice manager is a master's prepared Nurse Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care.
