  1. 1/4 cup olive oil
  2. 2 cups 1 percent cottage cheese
  3. 1 clove garlic
  4. 2 whole limes, juiced
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  7. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
